Please email me back if you are interested in attending .There will be several venues this year culminating with the National All-StarChampionship in New York City August 28th and 29th.  We will be selecting a pool of players to travel and play this summer which we will use to select the all star team that will travel to New York City.

This is a great time for 7's as it was recently added to the 2016 summer Olympics in Brazil. It all starts here with territorial representation.  The don't be shy.  Come out and learn how to play 7's.

Hi everyone,

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Mari Therrien and I'm coaching the U23 Grizzly select side again this year.   I've been playing rugby for over 12 years and have been gradually transitioning from player to coach.  I've played select side rugby for over 10 years and been coached by lots of great coaches including the current WNT coaches.   The Grizzly coaching team this year will also include Michelle Stephen (Grizzly asst coach last 2 years, hooker/flanker) as our forwards specialist and Marty Quick (fullback) as our outside backs specialist.  We all play and coach rugby because it's fun, so we will have lots of fun as we work to create a great team!   Last year we had players from each region represent the Pacific Coast  and I think they would all tell you that they learned a lot and had fun doing it!
